These terms govern your use of the Mayme & Stella website and purchases from the store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked within them.

USING THE STORE

You must provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use our services for unlawful purposes.

PRODUCTS AND PRESENTATION

We work carefully to present products, colors, dimensions, materials, availability, and pricing accurately. Screen settings and supplier-provided imagery can affect how colors appear. Handmade and natural materials may have variations that are part of the piece rather than defects. Product photography used by Mayme & Stella is supplier-authentic and selected to represent the item as accurately as possible.

ORDERS, PRICES, AND PAYMENT

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including unavailable inventory, pricing or description errors, suspected fraud, or delivery restrictions. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount. Prices and availability may change before an order is accepted. By placing an order, you confirm that the billing, shipping, and contact information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Our Shipping Policy explains processing, delivery, tracking, split shipments, and delays. Our Return and Refund Policy explains eligibility, timing, condition, costs, damaged items, and refunds. Those policies form part of these terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Mayme & Stella name, presentation, writing, design, and other original store content belong to Mayme & Stella or are used with permission. Product names, images, and marks belonging to suppliers or other parties remain their property. Store content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The store relies on services provided by Shopify and other payment, fulfillment, shipping, analytics, and technology partners. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their content.

DISCLAIMERS AND RESPONSIBILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and services are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. Our responsibility for a claim will be limited as permitted by applicable law.

CHANGES, SEVERABILITY, AND CONTACT

We may revise these terms by posting an updated version with a new revision date. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
